Yet another New Experience in Corportate World
I have been working in GRMTECH for last two years but never felt so nervous, not even when I was confirmed.
And the reason for that is I had to train the new members of our company. Till now I have attended lot of classes and training session but have always been on the other side of the class.
But thank god all went well. I think we had an interactive session with all the new members participating.
But one thing that I learned that sharing your knowledge in a class where you have about 8 – 10 people just looking at you is very very difficult. And overall not only I could impart my knowledge to them, I also learned a lot of things and has yet another good experience in GRMTECH.
he he, I love it though :), next 3 days are booked for marketing classes. Online Kotler juice with Google pickle in web 2.0 plate, will be fun.
I hear good things about your classes, keep up the good work.
A lot of it goes to you. Once again you gave me that confidence and space.
